Abstract
This study is about a very special group of my community in my home town: BOUGAA in ALGERIA. Every time I try to capture the past, I wonder about the future. As an individual who went through the experience of being a youngster, I always felt that something was lacking. And yet few people realize how serious the problems our communities will have to face. It is very important to our communities to act together before the matter gets too complicated, and affects too many areas which are subject to the different social and cultural variations. It is common feeling that most of our urban contexts are far less than satisfactory, and if we do not examine those values we would be in a very serious problem. Without some sense of a better quality, any action we would take would be perverse. It is also a greaopportunity for me to remind our community and local governmental authorities of the importance ofgetting together to discuss the search for an alternative. The alternative that could lead to more clarity concerning the youngster's situation, and toa better understanding of the environment
