Abstract
To fully image the cells in the AggreWell microwell plate with optical coherence tomography (OCT), we often split them into 3x3 areas and image them individually. Then, we adopt MATLAB and Big Stitcher to perform 3D stitching on all the images to fully comprehend and analyze the statistical results. These methods are aiming to complete this task faster and automatically.
