Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) on the coacervation process of tropoelastin. The initial trials indicate that coacervation rate and intensity increase with additional EGCG supplements. The results of this study can guide research toward a regenerative solution to aortic aneurysms.
