Problem Statement

This project proposes an innovative design for an automatic door opener intended for external doors of residential homes. The intended customers are elderly and disabled people who may benefit from such a device while entering and exiting their homes. The goal is to create an affordable product to compete with existing products that are relatively expensive to make such devices more accessible.
