Problem Statement

This report follows the design and prototyping process for Group B5’s Senior Mechanical Engineering Design Project. Group B5 was tasked with designing a motorized golf striker to perform in the ASME design challenge. This report lays out the progression of the design process beginning with Problem Understanding, then Concept Generation, Concept Selection, Concept Embodiment, Design Refinement, and concludes with an assessment of the final prototype.
