Problem Statement
Design a solar tracking system that is able to keep the solar panel surface perpendicular to the suns incoming rays, as to achieve maximum efficiency. The tracking system should be self-sustainable, generating at least enough power to charge its own batteries so that it may operate for an extended period of time. The system should be robust, precise and able to face the sun at any angle in the sky by using a dual axis system without GPS. The device should also meet all of the solar power industry codes and standards.
