1994 Master of Architecture thesis by Ramin Bavar on LaClede Town and Mill Creek Valley. Thesis presented to the School of Architecture, Washington University in St. Louis.
This thesis focuses on the LaClede Town housing project's history, concept, and development. It is a research on the underlying reasons for its successful beginning and its eventual failure, and a proposal for the future of the site.
