The “Affirmative Action” Fraud
Publication Title
Washington University Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law
Abstract
We are talking about racial preferences, the practice of racial discrimination; apart from that, there is no controversy and nothing to debate. "Affirmative action" has become simply a deceptive label for racial preferences. The central question presented, therefore, is whether government and government supported institutions should grant preference to some individuals, and thereby necessarily disfavor others, on the basis of race.
