The Fallacy of Laissez-Faire: Land Use Deregulation, Housing Affordability, and the Poor

Abstract
This Article argues that deregulation and the effort to recreate a simulacrum of a laissez-faire economic environment in the land use realm do not in themselves represent a legitimate substitute for a sound social policy.
