Publication Title
Washington University Journal of Law & Policy
Abstract
The Article focuses on the regulation of virtual worlds which are governed by end user license agreements (EULAs). It discusses the two types of virtual worlds introduced by professor Edward Castronova such as the game and the open worlds. It says that the Castronova's Law of Interration will provide a starting point for governing virtual worlds outside of EULAs. It states the significance of interrated virtual worlds as a solution to pure game worlds and emerging hybrids worlds.
