Mapping Comparative Judicial Review

Abstract
This Article argues that both camps fail to adequately grapple with how courts facilitate or erode the values needed for democracy to survive for the long haul. Both camps also draw judicial review with too broad a brush and ignore important variations in the political accountability of courts.
