Abstract
The Article presents information related to the international investment law and investment tribunals and the legitimate crisis faced. It further discusses temporal jurisdiction, human rights jurisprudence adoption and the importance of consent in investment arbitration. It also discusses the legal authority of arbitrators, treaty provisions and guidance for arbitrators for interpreting consent clauses.
