Problem Statement

Our design is a passive solar panel tracker using fundamentals of thermodynamics. A fixed solar tracker only operates at peak efficiency for a short period during the day. Our tracker uses the sun's energy to power pistons that push the panel to face the sun throughout the day, increasing efficiency.
