Summary

This protocol describes how to determine quit rates for the Tobacco Initiative Evaluation System (TIES). To ensure that grantees are reporting quit rates in a consistent and comparable manner, CTPR has written this protocol for all grantees providing MFH-funded cessation services to follow.
