Travertine slab façade with two layers of composite material and a layer of insulated foam core shield against heat as well as provide an interesting three dimensional relief.

Environmental Response

The zig-zag pattern of the façade allows for a maximum amount of sunlight to enter the space while simultaneously shielding the interior from heat gain. Additionally, the travertine façade was tested and designed in a manner that would provide maximum insulation and remain aesthetically pleasing.
