Submission Guidelines for Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs)
Ph.D. Candidates
Doctoral candidates submit their dissertations directly to ProQuest/UMI through an online form. The dissertations are later included in Washington University’s Open Scholarship repository.

Master's Candidates
Master’s degree candidates submit their theses directly to Open Scholarship. Visit the Submit Research page and click on the relevant link to submit your thesis.
